使用鸡多克隆mCherry抗体对HEK293细胞进行测试，1:2000稀释，泳道1为标准marker；泳道2为HEK293对照组；泳道3为HEK293 cells transfected with pCI-Neo-mod vector expressing two tdTomato protein domains；泳道4为HEK293 cells transfected with pCI-Neo-mod vector expressing one mCherry-HA protein domain，泳道5为HEK293 cells transfected with pCI-Neo-mod vector expressing one GFP domain，泳道6为NIH-3T3（如图所示，mCherry识别tdTomato和mCherry蛋白，60kDa和30kDa，不识别GFP，37kDa处为GAPDH内参蛋白）
使用鸡多克隆mCherry抗体以1：1000稀释（绿色）来染色mCherry转染的HEK293细胞，红色：mCherry转染的HEK293细胞，蓝色：DNA染色，绿色：使用鸡多克隆mCherry抗体染色后仅见于表达mCherry的细胞，橙色：绿色和红色叠加后的颜色。
