描述：C-C chemokine receptor type 7 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CCR7 gene. Two ligands have been identified for this receptor: the chemokines (C-C motif) ligand 19 (CCL19/ELC) and (C-C motif) ligand 21 (CCL21). CCR7 has also recently been designated CD197 (cluster of differentiation 197). The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. This receptor was identified as a gene induced by the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and is thought to be a mediator of EBV effects on B lymphocytes. This receptor is expressed in various lymphoid tissues and activates B and T lymphocytes. CCR7 has been shown to stimulate dendritic cell maturation.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil tissue using Rabbit Monoclonal CCR7 antibody. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0-8.4) for 20 minutes.The tissues were blocked in 5% BSA for 30 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (Rabbit Monoclonal CCR7 antibody， 1/200) for 30 minutes at room temperature. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

CCR7 was immunoprecipitated from 0.2 mg Daudi cell lysate with Rabbit Monoclonal CCR7 antibody at 2 µg/10 µl beads. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Rabbit Monoclonal CCR7 antibody at 1/2,000 dilution. Anti-Rabbit IgG for IP Nano-secondary antibody  at 1/5,000 dilution was used for 1 hour at room temperature.
